From an operations perspective, Courtney assist healthcare providers refine financial and strategic plans with an objective of improving financial position and profitability. His main focus areas include enterprise wide strategic planning, hospital/physician partnering, service line joint ventures, operations improvement, finance and capital planning, organizational restructuring and market analysis.

From a deals perspective, Courtney helps clients successfully transition from strategy creation to execution through various strategic transactions including affiliations, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions. Courtney has led teams supporting the planning, modeling, due diligence, integration, value capture and change management/cultural integration of transactions ranging from $250M to $3B in deal value.
